Booking Request: To schedule an estimate, clients must fill out our online booking form or contact our customer service team directly. Please provide accurate details regarding the service required, property location, preferred date, and any specific instructions for the upcoming exterior maintenance service.
Confirmation: Once we receive your booking request, we will confirm the appointment via email, text, or phone call within 24 hours. The confirmation will include the scheduled date and time of estimate, as well as any additional instructions or requirements.
3. Payment Terms
Service Fees: The pricing for our services is transparent and will be provided to clients upon completion of the scheduled estimate appointment. Pricing may vary based on the scope and size of the project.
Payment Method: Payment for services can be made only via credit/debit card or cash. A deposit may be required for certain services, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Deposits are non-refundable for projects canceled beyond 48 hour notice period.
